Wireless panic wrist & neck button
The JA-157J is a component of the JABLOTRON system. It is designed to allow the user to remotely activate a panic alarm, furthermore it may be utilized for the remote control of devices and appliances. The button has various uses, it may be worn on the user’s wrist with the use of a wrist strap, worn around the neck or it may be fixed onto a surface with the use of a simple mounting platform. The button communicates via Jablotron radio protocol and is powered by a single battery cell. The device is intended to be installed by a trained technician with a valid certificate issued by an authorized distributor.
Installation
Placement of the panic button:
- Wrist placement like a wristwatch.
- Installation on any mountable surface. Warning, the device is not equipped with tamper contacts (as it is considered a portable device).
- Neck placement via the use of a lanyard. Important: If the button is worn around the neck on a lanyard, this lanyard must have a mechanical safety lock that will disengage it when loaded with a force of 40 N or more. A lanyard conforming to this specification is included within the packaging.

Enrolment to the system
Depending on the type of control panel, use the recommended software or application, see the control panel manual. Panic button is possible to enrol only to one control panel.
