Bus external siren

Type: 1SIROUT2304LQ

Product is a component of the JABLOTRON system. It is used for system alarm indication outside a building. The siren should be installed by a trained technician with a valid certificate by authorized distributor.

Installation

1. Push the bus cable through the hole (5) and secure it using prepared plastic tabs.
2. Attach the siren to a suitable place using 2 screws through the hole (1). Use the integrated spirit level (7).
3. Connect the bus cable to the terminals (10). If a back-up battery (3) is used, connect it to the connector (14).
4. Put on the siren cover and attach it using locking screw (8). For easier handling of the cover, connect the string with the clip to the base.

Note: The siren is also compatible with older types of cover JA-1X1A-C-XX-X.

Enrolment to the system and settings

Depending on the type of control panel, use the recommended software or application, see the control panel manual.

Please note: When selecting a stainless-steel cover, it is necessary to match the colour of the strobe and the light guide of the cover.

The siren can be installed without back-up battery, if sufficient system bus capacity allows. However, to comply with EN 50131-4, a back-up battery must be connected.
